Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) as the designated Research and Training Centre (RTC) for the SASEC Information Highway Project is entrusted to formulate and implement ICT related national strategies; and to develop resources for effective use of ICT. IID has assisted BCC as the local consultant in formulating its’ strategies.As output to this project, IID has prepared a Need and Readiness Assessment Report and also developed the Strategy and operational plan for the project.
