On 21st and 22nd of August, 2017 IID took two days to emphasize on their working strategy. The whole team gathered and discussed about what do they want to do and how do they want to do. During these two days the entire team identified their weakness and strength internally and externally. They identified team work and youth as their strength and is willing to take it forward with opportunity offered.The workshop also presented a new thought ID colleagues to create their own Ikigai, – (a Japanese concept of work,blending with mission, passion,profession and vacation) and sync it with their individual ones.
The meeting came up with a sample log frame of strategy planning, called for a management committee to document the planning and urged other Member to consider setting up possible deadlines to make it a reality.
Most importantly, it called for mechanisms that would enable team to participate meaningfully in all level with a clear view.
