The person will develop the annual report of a government agency working on migration.
Tasks will include drafting the massages of senior government officials, history and functions/ activities of different departments of the agency, socioeconomic contribution of the agency, and impact stories.
The person will also have to visit the offices to interview relevant stakeholders, beneficiaries for the impact story. S/he will also be responsible to interviewing outgoing migrants, returnee migrants, and professionals to capture impact of the activities of the different division of the organization.
The task may also include writing analytical sections on the impact of migration on Bangladesh economy, in consultation with researchers at IID.

Work Station
Content writer may use a desk space at IID office. Sometime s/he may choose to work from home or other places through regular interaction with the office.
This position requires frequent visit to the government agency for interview of the officials and collection of information for the report.

And this position requires 100% LoE for one full month during this period, and needs to be based in Dhaka

Remuneration
Total payment for this one-month assignment will be between BDT 100,000 to BDT 150,000 (negotiable, based on the proven expertise of the applicant).
