The Institute of Informatics and Development (IID) is a policy think tank committed to making public policies more participatory, evidence-based, and inclusive. IID works on education, youth empowerment, economic development, and governance in collaboration with both national and international partners.
EVENT BACKGROUND
The CSO Alliance is organizing the National Consultation on December 21 2025, from 8:00 AM to 02:00 PM at the Lakeshore Heights, House 03, Road 126, Gulshan-1, Dhaka. As Bangladesh undergoes significant political transformation, this consultation presents a vital opportunity for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to reflect on and redefine their roles in promoting resilience and democracy. The event will feature prominent CSO leaders, representatives from international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), and young NGO leaders as participants, fostering a rich dialogue on current challenges and opportunities. Additionally, reporters and photojournalists from respected newspapers and TV channels will be present to provide media coverage of the event.
OBJECTIVE:
The National Consultation aims to collectively define the future role, values, and priorities of civil society in Bangladesh through an open national dialogue, while building consensus on how political leaders, government stakeholders, NGOs and INGOs, private sector and CSOs can work together more transparently and equitably. It will also identify practical actions for strengthening public trust, accountability, and meaningful community connection within the civil society sector
Submission Details: OBJECTIVE:

Interested organizations are requested to submit proposals, including a company profile, relevant experience, technical and financial proposals, and references.
